Fan Art Friday: Santa’s ‘Little Helpers’ Get Slaughtered by Matteo Bernardini

While Christmas is full of notable fan art for icons like Rudolph, Frosty and – of course – the jolly old man himself, very exist for Santa’s height-challenged brigade of ‘little helpers.’ This year, however, artist Matteo Bernardini is giving these grubby elves their due with an advent calendar link no other. As Bernardini puts it, LITTLE HELPERS’ TROUBLED X-MAS is a reflection “on the malice of Christmas’ inanimate objects” which puts it on the same side of the fence as Charlie Brown’s tirade against commercialism in American culture… sorta.
