Channel Awesome’s The Nostalgic Critic Makes One Last Journey in ‘To Boldly Flee’

It’s no secret that I am a big, big… HUGE fan of the Nostalgia Critic. My family knows it, my friends knows it, my enemies knows it, even our very own Editor-in-Chief (Rondal) knows it and tolerates it (in a very flamethrowery degree). My fanboyism is so big people try to ignore the fact that I am near them when I get in Nostalgia Critic “fan mode” and run to the mountains knowing that starvation is far better than hearing me talk of this internet genius. On that note, I just heard that the teaser for Channel Awesome’s 4th anniversary movie is up and I couldn’t have jumped higher (or harder) than I did.

I know this is going to be awesome! For their first year anniversary, all the Channel Awesome videogame reviewers lead by The Angry Videogame Nerd fought to the epic-ness against The Nostalgia Critic movie reviewers. The second year, the Nostalgia Critic lead an invasion, conquered and abandoned the ACTUAL micronation of Molossia. Finally, last year, they all went into the dumbest quest to retrieve an artifact of immense power and attempted to defeat a very old sorcerer while fighting against the weirdest enemies there can be – all dressed in the least dignifying ways possible.

This year promises be intrigue, mystery, parodies and comedy in a way that only a group with a lot of internet movies and pop culture comedians can. The movie is slated to premiere at some point this summer with the teaser telling you so little yet promising so much that you want to see it… and I’m sure will!
