“Deadheads” Film Crew Gets Cheesy in New Zombie Short Film

Some of you might remember my cinematic man-crush for a movie called Deadheads (be sure to snag this month’s issue of Rue Morgue magazine for my review!) that finally became available on DVD earlier this year. As the first indie production that I’ve followed from beginning to end I really got to know the cast and crew behind the film and I have to admit they’re some of the insanely coolest people I know (Ben Webster, I’m looking at you!).

So, when I heard that they were gearing up to revisit Deadheads for a short film featuring the loveable, mute zombie named Cheese and needed to raise so funds I just had to pitch in and share the exciting news. They admittedly have a giant-size goal in mind, but are really seeking any little bit that fans can offer whether it’s monetary contributions or simply spreading the word. They also have some pretty cool perks in store for those who do decide to donate including the ultimate Deadheads prize… becoming a “Zombie for a Day” and getting to hang out on set!
