“The Leaky Timbers Show” Pitch Video

Inspired by many of the same things that originally sparked Strange Kids Club into existence, Joey Ellis’ Leaky Timbers has come a long way in the past two years. Starting life off as a hardcover comic book courtesy of a (very) succesful Kickstarter campaign back in 2014, the story of Wolfie Monster and his brothers has since evolved into a full blown show concept and its WAY more true to the original Muppets than anything Disney/ABC has put out lately.

Magic Children Doing Things (Pilot)

Created by Monica Ray (Writer & Story Artist for ‘Harvey Beaks’) as part of the 2014 Nickelodeon Animated Shorts Program, Magic Children Doing Things finds three unusual kids (two of whom are actually magical creatures and one who seems to be a “normal” human) named Syppy, Dre and Leander who live in nature and generally get into mischief…mostly thanks to Syppy.

Death in Space

Space may be the final frontier, but that’s probably because it’s fraught with so much dangerous stuff that those lucky enough to make it that far will most certainly be devoured, skewered, disemboweled, turned inside out, or squished by random space junk to make it back. That may sound completely insensitive to any aspiring astronauts out there, but if there’s one thing this animated anthology by Tom Lucas proves it’s that there’s plenty of ways to die in space.
