Cheetos Releases Stop Motion Short THE DELIVERY for Halloween

the-delivery-cheetos-posterIn anticipation of Halloween, Cheetos has teamed up with North Carolina-based production company, Athena Studios, for this frightfully fun stop motion short film entitled THE DELIVERY. Yes, it’s basically just one long commercial for Cheetos, but any excuse to see stop motion artists at work (and for a Halloween short to boot!) is fine by me.

Produced over the course of only eight weeks, which is nuts considering the “scripting, character design, puppet fabrication, R&D, set building, animation and cinematography, sound design, prop builds, music, graphics and title design and post-production” involved, the short finds a dedicated delivery girl facing off against some skeletal spooks to make sure her package gets to its destination.
