If you’re a strange kid staying in (or visiting) Toronto, then you’re in for a real treat this weekend. A trio of female artists currently residing in Canada (Sara Deck, Suspiria, Paige Reynolds) have teamed up for a visual art show celebrating “their favourite queens from horror cinema!” Jam packed with over 20 pieces, the show pays tribute to some of cinema’s most cherished heroines and monsters including “The Bride of Frankenstein, Dracula’s Daughter, Carrie, Alien, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Suspiria and more!” Sponsored by Rue Morgue Magazine, the show’s opening night (October 17) will feature original works, limited edition prints and other tricks & treats.
