Storyhive, a Canadian crowd-funding service for video projects, is currently holding a web series contest to decide who walks away with $50,000. The catch? Fans get to vote on their favorite pitch. Among the contestants is Straight to Video: The B-Movie Odyssey, which finds a video clerk named Kevin accidentally unleashing a portal that pulls him inside various genre films where he must fight to survive.
