New Austin Web Series DRAW & TALK Spotlights Local Indie Talent

Draw & Talk e01

We shared this video last week on Facebook, but for those of you who may have missed it—Strange Kids Club member and local Austin artist Jeremy Martinez recently teamed up with Lobo Sucio Creative for the first in a new series (Draw & Talk) of video interviews spotlighting indie creative talent. The inaugural episode features none other than “Uncle Staple” himself, Chris Nicholas, who some may recognize as the founder of STAPLE! – Austin’s own Independent Media Expo! which just celebrated it’s 11th year this past weekend.

As a neat bonus, Martinez actually sketches during the interview (thus the “draw” portion of Draw & Talk) with the final illustration (a caricature) being shared with the guest!
