R-Rated Memories, A Tribute To Paul Verhoeven

Tomorrow marks the end of the R-Rated Memories show that we mentioned back on Monday. In case you missed the details then, R-Rated Memories is an art tribute to cult filmmaker Paul Verhoeven being held in Amsterdam that “strive[s] to create a celebration of this iconic figure by the hands of many talented artists” from both the US and internationally.

Verhoeven is perhaps best known as the director of the classic Robocop film from 1987, but die hard fans will surely recognize the man whose’s also behind Total Recall, Basic Instinct, Showgirls, Starship Troopers and rumored to helm the upcoming The Legend of Conan (if it ever happens). As such, the show pays tribute to the movies of Verhoeven in all of their sexy, gore-filled glory. Here’s a few of our favorites:
