Super Haunted Stories: 13 Creepy Radio Classics Halloween Countdown

Inspired by our own Kandy Coated Kackles: 13 Days of Halloween Mixtapes series from last year, club member Eric “SuperVillain” Millen (some may recall Millen as the mastermind behind the STENCHED ecards) has decided to do his own countdown this year featuring the “13 creepiest, scariest and most supsenseful oldtime radio shows.” Beginning last Friday, new shows will appear on the Super Haunted Stories website at 10pm EST.

Featuring the greatest, creepiest, scariest most thrilling classic radio dramas ever created from classic radio shows such as Lights Out, Escape, Suspense and lots more! Join me as I count down the days to Halloween and count down the GREATEST CREEPY CLASSICS OF ALL TIME! Featuring one creepy classic everyday for the 13 days to Halloween.

These shows are so great and really have that fun old time scary feel to them. [They] really help induce the Halloween spirit.

  • Awesome! Thanks for spreading the word. If you love creepy horror movies from the 40’s and 50’s you will love these old time radio shows. Especially the shows coming up!!!! Awesome artwork there by the master of Halloween Zach Bellissimo (http://www.etsy.com/shop/ZachBellissimo)

  • The Vincent Price caricature up there looks just like Mr. Rzykruski, Victor’s teacher in ‘FRANKENWEENIE’, but I suppose that was the point lol
