Demon Lung are Hellbound in New Music Video ‘Lament Code’

From the people who had absolutely nothing to do with The DaVinci Code, the new music video for metal band, Demon Lung, is filled with more than a few of my favorite things – top of the list being puppets and plenty of blood. Directed by Dustin Mills, you might remember him from the indie flick Puppet Monster Massacre, Lament Code is a fast-paced tribute to Hellraiser II in which a young girl opens a doorway to hell within the walls of an asylum.

While I’m not a huge metalhead, Demon Lung’s track here is not too grating and would actually make for a perfect addition to the Hellraiser II soundtrack. The real treat here, though, is Mills ability to transport his puppets into such a dark, disturbing world. It’s a sight that would warm Charles Band’s still-beating heart – definitely work checking out.
