Take a Stand For Kick Ass Movie Posters – Sign the Couch Cutter Petition

As you know, the clubhouse recently launched our own petition to bring awareness to a cause that’s close to our nerdy hearts… getting The Goon movie off the ground and into production! Hopefully, all of you reading this have signed the petition. If not we’ll deal with you later because we’ve got another great cause that we’d like to share with you today.

For those of you who don’t know CouchCutter.com is a site that’s very much in the Strange Kids Club spirit… only, more “grown up” and seedier because they aim to “nail your penis to the table with a hammer of awesome!” Anyway, they’ve recently started up a petition of their own to get Thomas Hodge (aka The Dude Designs) to create the poster artwork for Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming DJANGO UNCHAINED.

Hodge, as some might know, is one of the artists behind a resurgence in the popularity of hand crafted movie poster art and has already unleashed his own brand of awesome on films like HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN, FATHER’S DAY, THE INNKEEPERS, and DEAR GOD NO!.
