Danger 5, A Kitschy New Spy Series with Dinosaurs and Adolf Hitler

Who would’ve thought that reading a book could be so beneficial? I mean, besides the whole “broadening your education” thing. In fact, if it wasn’t for meeting J. P. Carlson, the author of REX RIDERS (see our book review here), I never would have heard about the amazing (new) web series called DANGER 5.

Given that the series is set in the 1960s the entire premise rests on the promise of some Nazi bashing which is fine in and of itself, but tossing in a bunch of crazy spies, mind controlled dinosaurs, mutants, pistol-packing nuns, and sexy broads ensures a thoroughly entertaining experience. In terms of spy movies its the equivalent of taking James Bond’s signature martini and mixing in the comedy of Inglorious Basterds, the high action of J. Scott Campbell’s Danger Girl comic and the visuals/soundtrack from Thunderbirds. Shaken, not stirred.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS:

Danger 5 is the finest group of special operatives the Allies have to offer… each episode unravels another of Hitler’s diabolical schemes as they travel across a myriad of exotic locations.
