Early Preview of Ghostshrimp’s New Project “Mars Safari” for Cartoon Network
According to their website, it seems that Ghostshrimp – the same animation designers who have worked on The Misadventures of Flapjack and Adventure Time – are currently working on a series pilot of their very own called Mars Safari. The name, though odd, is no surprise given the illustration company’s history of work and with equally strange character like Emilio, Bullgoose and Mister Nuggets we can assume that nothing is off limits in the Mars Safari universe.
No official announcement has been made, through Fable Vision Animation Studios has been named as a possible collaborator and its clearly intended as a pitch strictly for Cartoon Network at this point.

Hmm…gonna have to wait until I see some actual animation before I judge this one.
I love Adventure Time, but I haven’t checked out Flapjack yet. Is it worth checking out? What’s it like?
Definitely worth checking out, Grey. Flapjack is sorta like Adventure Time (big crazy adventures) only with a pirate theme and mixed with 2D and stop motion animation.
Some of the writers and artists on Adventure Time actually started out on Flapjack.
